In 1985 Allen Imbarrato founded Ki Learning Systems, a California-based corporation. The first product the new company launched was the "Winning at Work Seminar". Allen called upon his fifteen years of experience in the human resource and development field and his experience working with Timothy Gallwey, author of the best selling book, the Inner Game of Tennis. Together they had co-created and co-delivered trainings for hundreds of top-level AT&T managers, and technicians. The "Winning at Work Seminar" was delivered hundreds of times in over 25 major US cities and was attended by entrepreneurs, professionals, engineers, managers, craftsmen, clerical and office workers, and housewives. The "Breakthrough Technology Corporate Training Program" began
soon after the public seminars had been delivered around the country.
As participants experienced and demonstrated results their employers began
to take notice and requested that the seminar be delivered in-house. We
have done training for corporations including: AT&T, Ogilvy and Mather,
Payless Shoes, Williams Island, Kimberly Health Services, Futurebiotics,
Arlington Cable TV and others. As part of his committment to support people to do what they love, he has developed a complete business and accounting system to allow a small business to run more easily and productively and free them up to do more of what they love to do. This business system is now sold worldwide over the web at http://www.kibizsystems.com. |
